I am attempting to upgrade Select Server to version 9. I installed according to the notes and when i tried to access the License Mangement Tool, i recived this error. Pelase see attchment. What is my next step to troubleshoot this issue?
Also, can you confirm that you are able to locate and access your SELECTServer administration page?

Ok, we have a database problem. Did you right click Run As Administrator on the database Setup tool? If not please do so and check that the server name and instance name are correct.
Tell us about your database setup, is it the delivered SQL Express or a SQL Standard database you use?
This is not an option with XP
