User reports what after installing the SELECTserver Gateway. The service fails to start and gets a 1053 error.

When installing SELECTserver Gateway version 9.0, and .NET 4.0 is not installed, the SELECTserver Gateway service will not start and will display Error 1053 when you manually attempt to start the service. See Details Below:
Error 1053 is a Microsoft error message. In relation to SELECTserver Gateway, this issue is caused by either .NET 4.0 not being installed on the machine or the .NET 4.0 installation is corrupted.
To resolve the issue, please run the dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe file (Be sure to run as an administrator). This is located in the SELECTServer_09.00.00.112 extraction folder. If it is already installed, locate and repair the .Net 4.0 installation. Once verified, retest the SELECTserver gateway service again.
NOTE: The current SELECTserver Gateway installer does "NOT" put these prerequisites in place.
