ERROR - DataUpdateService - Could not retrieve Product IDs [Unable to connect to the remote server]ERROR - DataUpdateService - Service Process Returned Error Code#-10026 - Could not update the product information.
There is a Trouble Report filed with developmentis a TR# 344115 filed with development
The databse being a constantly growing entity has to updates through Support Paths. Development know about the isues and it is filed in TR# 344115 to the Development team for repairERROR - DataUpdateService - Could not retrieve Product IDs [Unable to connect to the remote server]ERROR - DataUpdateService - Service Process Returned Error Code# -10026 - Could not update the product information.
(No Work Around.)The Support Paths call in the new licensing web service is displaying a false error. The data is updating correctly to the backend server This is a back end issue and will "NOT" cause a SELECTServer licensing event for any Bentley application users.
