&lt;p&gt;The databse being a constantly growing entity has to updates through &amp;nbsp;Support Paths. Development know about the isues and it is filed in TR# 344115 to the Development team for repair&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;ERROR - DataUpdateService - Could not retrieve Product IDs [Unable to connect to the remote server]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;ERROR - DataUpdateService - Service Process Returned Error Code# -10026 -&amp;nbsp; Could not update the product information.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;(No Work Around.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Support Paths call in the new licensing web service is displaying a false error. &lt;br /&gt;The data is updating correctly to the backend server &lt;br /&gt;This is a back end issue and &lt;strong&gt;will&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;NOT&lt;/span&gt;&amp;quot; cause a SELECTServer licensing event for any Bentley application users&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
