How we can generate a usage report..?

The process is straight forward.

1) You need to be the SELECTServer administrator with administrative rightrs and access to the Administration Site page for the SELECTServer application.

2) Under the section REPORTS is all the options of reports you can run

3) HELP (upper right) has a breakdown of all the reporting options.
