Users are reporting activation issues with the new RAM Structural System 14.06.00, RAM Concept 05.01.00, and AutoPIPE 09.06.00. A fix on Bentley's end has been implemented, and I have received confirmation from users that products are successfully activating now. Please click the Activate button when prompted, and proceed through the Product Activation Wizard. The following article provides activation instructions, if needed.
I have received reports from a few users with deployed SELECTservers who are still encountering activation issues. In such cases, I recommend generating a license debug log. With error logging enabled, attempt to activate the product. Then open the log file and do a search for "-15008". If this code is found, SELECTserver may be utilizing some old cached data. Restarting Internet Information Services (IIS) on the server should correct the problem. A system administrator can accomplish this by executing the following command from a command prompt on the server:
iisreset
