&lt;p&gt;However, MicroStation and Bentley I/RAS B are not listed as covered products. As a troubleshooting step, click the License Checkout tab in the License Management Tool. A window with two panes will display. Confirm whether MicroStation or Bentley I/RAS B are present. If a product is missing in the list, the respective product will fail to activate.
