Trouble getting licenses to activate

Question

I've read through the forums and have tried several suggestions such as submitting the license logs from the local pc but have had no success in the local pc activating MicroStation and I/RAS B products. This is verified by using the License Management Tool > Activation Status 
 Select Server 
 Microsoft Windows NT 5.2.3790 SP2 
 NET Framework 2.0.50727.1891 
 SQL Server 09.00.3080 
 
 One item of interest...I do not see MicroStation or I/RAS B in the Server Application list... I'm assuming Bentley Passport covers these apps?

The Select Server did not have the correct product list pertaining to the contract. This has been resolved and now the said product register.

The following web page describes Bentley Passports and provides a complete list of covered products:

 However, MicroStation and Bentley I/RAS B are not listed as covered products. As a troubleshooting step, click the License Checkout tab in the License Management Tool. A window with two panes will display. Confirm whether MicroStation or Bentley I/RAS B are present. If a product is missing in the list, the respective product will fail to activate. Your account manager can assist you with adding product licenses if necessary.
