In the License Management Tool that appears, note the activation status for RAM Modeler. Does it show a status other than Activated? If so, select it, and click the Activate button in the lower right corner. A progress indicator will appear for a few seconds and then disappear. Please confirm whether the value in the Status column changes to Activated.&lt;/p&gt;
