Three weeks ago, we have received the mail "SELECT subscription changes for 2014".
We currently use Select Server deployed and manually transmit the usage logs once a month. Our PCs don't have an internet access. Is that use without Internet connexion still possible with your new SELECT Open Access? (it seems that the answer is no)
I have checked that we currently cannot no more download updates with SELECT services (except Bentley iware and Mobile Apps). Do we have to register to SELECT Open Access to have access to the downloads?
TIA

I am quite sure (and facing the same problem) if you are not able to access a new Fulfillment Center or old product download page, but you are redirected to iWare + Mobile Apps download page instead of it, it's bug not related if you are "old SELECT" customer or Open Access customer and should be reported as the bug.

SELECT Open Access utilizes Bentley's licensing solution on the Internet exclusively. This is done to simplify setup since a local license server is no longer required. However for unique situations where Internet access is not permitted on workstations, I would recommend discussing licensing options with your account manager. I would be happy to arrange a follow-up with your account manager if desired.
No, download access is a benefit of the SELECT program in general, not of SELECT Open Access specifically. Do you receive an error message when accessing the Software Fulfillment page? If so, please let me know what you find.

At my case ... and I assume patr93 will confirm his situation is the same ... instead of to Fullfilment Center page (or also to old download page) I am forwarded from login page to Bentley free software download page. I created Service Ticket 7000153162 on behalf of this problem last week and also discussed it with Phil Chouinard, but the problem has not been solved yet.
Thank you for your answers.

I am in the same situation of Jan. I am redirected with no error messages.

I really hope the same problem reported by more different users will help to discover a source of the problem soon.
Interesting fact is we are completely different (I guess) users: Patr93 is SELECT user, but I am BDN member and not SELECT user.
