Problem

Das Login am CONNECTION-Client für Version 11.xx.xx.xx ist nicht möglich.

Bei Prüfung der Bentley.Connect.Client.exe.log erscheint ein Fehler für CoreWebView2. (Wie Logs geprüft werden: Logs Collector)

ERROR - App - Unhandled Exception caught: Microsoft.Web.WebView2.Core.WebView2RuntimeNotFoundException: Couldn't find a compatible Webview2 Runtime installation to host WebViews. ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)

Lösung

1. Die Installation von WebView2 90.0.818.46 wird benötigt https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/

2. Nach dieser Installation nehmen Sie eine erneute Installation des CONNECTION Client vor.

3. Besteht das Problem weiterhin, erstellen Sie einen Service Request oder nehmen ein Update auf eine bereits bestehende Meldung vor und laden Sie erneut Logs hoch.
