The number of licenses can be checked in the Entitlement/License Management portal.
Only Account Administrators and Co-Administrators have access to the Entitlement/License Management portal.
Access Entitlement/License Management portal:
Navigate to the CONNECT Center.
Select the icon with your account name.
Select the "Entitlement/License Management" tile from the Recourses section.
On the home page of Entitlement/License Management page, click the tile that corresponds with your current subscription (or select Settings > Access and Alerting from the side navigation.) - it can be for example: No Subscription, SELECT, SELECT Open Access.
If you purchased Practitioner licenses from Virtuosity, you will also see a "Practitioner" tile. To check the number of Practitioner licenses, you will need to click that tile.
A table with applications will appear. Click the "Covered Quantity" header text to sort the list by covered quantity. When sorting in descending order (arrow points down), all the applications you purchased will be listed one below each other.
The number in the "Covered Quantity" column represents the number of licensees you purchased.
Applications listed in the Entitlement/License Management with the "Unlimited" quantity are provided from SELECT Open Access - those applications can be accesses with unrestricted access, yet will trigger Term License(s). For more information, see: SELECT Open Access.
