Problem Description

My Maxsurf program is not working / My Maxsurf package has been showing trial version for some time, it has now stopped working.

Steps to Resolve

There are few checks you need to do.

1. Open up the Bentley License Management Tool from windows Start Menu | All Programs | Bentley Engineering | Maxsurf 19 V8i | License Tool

2. Go to Tools menu | Options; Fill-in the Site Activation Code and the site activation key. These fields may be already filled in for you (in case you had previous version of the product), click on “Apply” button and just close the dialog box.

3. Go to the “Activation Status” tab, Select the “Maxsurf Advanced” from the product list, and then click on the “Activate” button.

3. You should now be able to run Maxsurf/ Maxsurf Advanced program.

P.S. Trust Licensing has now been implemented in Maxsurf v20.
