Problem

The IP address of the Hosted License Server (SELECTserver online) changed on 1st May 2021

Usually, the IP address is not necessary for access to the Hosted server.

In special cases, it is required due to internal company security settings.

What is the new IP address?

Solution

Update 8th of June 2021:

We NO Longer support the notion of static IP addresses for SELECTserver.

It is not possible to provide an IP Range.

The solution for the user is to stop IP Filtering.

Which domains does the SELECTserver Product Activation access?

Whitelist *.Bentley.com, or the following. A description of each domain's purpose is provided below:

NOTE:

We do not give IP addresses as they are not static and could change at any time.

What port needs to be open?

The default for SELECTserver products is Port 80,  Unless you checked the use HTTPS option the the Options of the License Management tool  In which case you will need Port 443

To access any of the portals you will need to open Port 443
