    Overview: 

    The Subscription Services Portal has been designed to support the CONNECTED Enterprise. A CONNECTED Enterprise is an Organization that uses CONNECT Edition versions to work within a Common Environment for Comprehensive Project Delivery. Within this Common Environment, CONNECTED Enterprises have seamless use of enterprise standards and content that will streamline support for the development, management, and communication of corporate knowledge across the enterprise.  The Subscription Services Portal provides data and Service paths to empower the Site Administrator to monitor, report, administer, and submit issues for their organization.  As the Subscription Services Portal evolves additional tiles and options may be included.

    To access the Subscription Services Portal click on your company name in the top left corner. 
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Resources
    The tiles available are broken down into two categories, Resources and Services & Standards.

    Resources - These are common Services that any Administrator would potentially use on a daily basis.
      • User Management -  The User Management system allows you to manage users (such as changing roles/access) within your organization.
      • Entitlement/License Management - See Subscription Entitlement Service > Entitlement Management Configuration
      • Roles and Permissions - See Roles & Permissions (Role-Based Access Control) for more detail
      • Software Downloads - Where you can download your Bentley software.
      • Product Usage Report - Access to the SELECT Open Access portal.
      • Subscription Analytics- Administrative access to Product Usage Reports
      • All Service Requests - You can view and manage your site Service Requests.  
      • New Service Request - You can create a new Service Request 
      • Support Contact Information - Access to Contact Us to locate Bentley Systems, Inc contact information. 
      • Software Administration-  offers the ability for Administrators and Co-Administrators to control the applications within the Organization that their users can update. See Sofware Administration Service for more information. 

     

    Services & Standards - These are additional Services and Standards that will be available as the Subscription Services Portal expands.
      • ProjectWise ContextShare - This Service will provide common sets of data and content from a variety of sources.
      • ProjectWise Web View -  provides internal and external users read-only datasource-level access to an organization's content in ProjectWise Explorer. Users can view content through a web browser to extend engineering information and accelerate communication.
