Overview:
The ProjectWise Portal provides access to all of the available Services associated to a CONNECTED Project, Reporting options, the currently selected Project properties, and navigation control between Portals, Services, and Reports. The ProjectWise Portal is the gateway to the Services you may need to complete your work.
Here is a description of the Reports and Services that you can access from the ProjectWise Portal. See Project Portal Overview for a summary of it.
Share - Facilitates the sharing of content between Team Members that are associated to a Project.
Deliverables Management - Provides secure deliverables exchange between business entities. It ensures that deliverables package information can be trusted, speeds up preparation process, and makes it easy to identify and resolve urgent issues. Performance Dashboards - Helps managers track project status and progress by collecting statistical information about documents, and also deliverable packages created using either ProjectWise Deliverables Management or Bentley Transmittal Services. Field Data Management (Technical Preview) - Where you can design forms to distribute to team members.
Components Center (Technical Preview) - Delivers project teams with fast, managed access to find and share information-rich model content through a common set of catalogs from manufacturers, standards bodies, Bentley, and project teams themselves to facilitate accessibility and reuse of reliable, up-to-date, standard and project-specific content within any Bentley product or mobile app.
Project Synchronization - Facilitates the sharing and receiving of project content among multiple organizations for the purpose of design coordination. For more information see: ProjectWise Project Sharing Help
Optioneering Center (Technical Preview) - Service which allows you to run engineering design simulations on the cloud. For more information see: Optioneering Center
Navigation between the different services is accomplished through the Project Service option. After selecting a Service, the Organization, Project, and the Selected Service will be displayed in the header of the Portal
In order to navigate between all of the available Services and Reports, select the drop-down arrow icon next to the currently selected Service. This will display all of the available Services and Reports. Selecting from the available list will direct you to that specific selection.

Project Summary - Provides the SELECTserver administrator with statistics of total product usage reported across an organization's projects broken down by license site and user. The total hours of usage are given for different time-frames including Week-to-Date, Month-to-Date, Quarter-to-Date and Project-to-Date. Sub-totals of number of unique users and total hours are given for each area. The report can be filtered for specific user names as well as project names.
With this report, the administrator can gain insight into the time spent in Bentley products for each of the organization's projects.
Application Summary - Provides the SELECTserver administrator with statistics of product usage across an organization's projects broken down by license site, application and user. The total hours of product usage are given for different time-frames including Week-to-Date, Month-to-Date, Quarter-to-Date and Project-to-Date. Sub-totals of number of applications used, number of unique users and total hours are given for each area. The report can be filtered for specific user names as well as project names.
With this report, the administrator can gain insight into the extent that certain licensed products are being used on the organization's projects.
Project Time Log - Provides the SELECTserver administrator with statistics of end-user product usage in a week broken down by project. The total hours of product usage are given in a timesheet format organized by day with totals for each day and for each project. With this report, the administrator can gain insight into which projects a user spent time on over the given date range.
The report can be filtered by date range and for specific user and project names. The totals include all usage logged to a project by each user regardless of site that usage was reported to*. Usage reported to SELECTserver will not be reflected in this report until the following day.
