Problem

After registering through the CONNECTION Client or the CONNECT Center, a message says "Almost There..." displays after you sign in. 

Solution

This means that your profile/account hasn't been properly associated with your Organization. Please contact your site administrator to have your account added to User Management. 

If your organization is not known to Bentley please fill out the Contact Us form and explain in the "Your Comments" section what you're trying to do. You'll then be contacted by someone at Bentley.
