Problem

The log files of the Deployed Licensing Server (Deployed SELECTserver) are required by Technical Support for investigation of the problem.
But where are these files stored and how should the be sent?

Solution

The log files of the Deployed SELECTserver are located in the servers installation directories, in the (sub)folder SELECTserver/logs
They can be sent as an e-mail attachment, preferably in the compressed .ZIP file format, up to a maximum size of 20MB.
In case the compressed file exceeds the 20MB, a ShareFile link to upload is needed, which can be requested from Technical Support.
