Problem
The SELECTserver and/or SELECTserver Gateway are not started.
How can I start the service using Windows Services?
Solution
Open the Windows Services via
Windows Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
Search in the list for the appropriate service, "Bentley SELECTserver" or "Bentley SELECTserver Gateway"
Pick the desired service and with the right mouse button call the submenu and select the option "Start".
The status should now change to "Started"
If the service is not started, please forward the error message, or a screenshot, to Technical Support.
