How to Search for and Filter Project Team Users

How to search for users:

1. Type the users name in the search field

2. As you are typing the names will display based on the search text being entered. If the user is not in the list you will see as shown below that no users are found to match your search criteria. 

How to filter users in the list by role:

1. Click the Filter (on) link

2. Click the drop-down to filter by role

How to Remove a Team Member

1. Click the box to the left of the name to place a check next to the name of the Team Member you wish to remove

2. An alert will pop up asking if you’d like to Remove Selected User? 

3. Click Remove to remove the user from the ProjectWise Project

4. Click Cancel to quit the operation
