Problem

The Deployed Server Adminstration page cannot be opened.
Neither over
http://localhost/bss/admin/default.aspx
nor over Windows Start > Program > Bentley > SELECTserver - Admin page.
Instead, there is a message that the page can't be accessed.

Solution

On the affected computer, depending on the Operating System, the Window function IIS (Internet Information Services) has been deactivated.

In order to solve this, go to Control Panel > Programs > Enable or Disable Windows features On of Off, and enable IIS as shown below.
