Problem

There is no longer access to the Hosted or Deployed server Administration page.

The Hosted Administration page is normally available through:
https://selectserver.bentley.com/bss/admin/default.aspx

The Deployed Administration page via:
Windows Start > Programs > Bentley > SELECTserver > Admin page
or
http://localhost/bss/admin/default.aspx

Solution

Can the Admin page being reached using a different web browser (when possible: Google Chrome)?
Is the IIS World Wide Web Publishing Service started?

Internet Security settings, access to the following pages should be possible:
http://ssla.bentley.com/Logposting?ManualLogPosting.aspx?Mode=1
(only possible when licensing via a Deployed server)
selectserver.bentley.com
ssla.benley.com
