After the CONNECTION Client is installed there's no way to enter email or password. Either you can't click in the CONNECTION Client at all, or you enter the email and password and hit sign in and nothing happens or after sign in your receive the follow:
Upgrade to CONNECTION Client version 10.00.12.08 or newer. You can download it from the Bentley Store.
If after upgrade you're still unable to connect do the following:
1. Go to the Task Manager and end the Bentley.Licensing.Service and Bentley.Connection.Client
2. Then go to the Internet Explorer Internet Options either from the settings menu > Internet Options or Control Panel > Internet Options
3. Click on the Security Tab > Trusted Sites > Sites button
4. Add this website to zone https://*.bentley.com > click the Add button
5. If "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone is not checked just enter *.bentley.com
6. Click Close > OK then sign in to the CONNECTION Client
