Work In Progress.
Navigating ProjectWise Share and searching for your files and folders is very simple. Folders are displayed in an intuitive, "breadcrumb" structure allowing you to navigate through the folders easily. A search box is always visible, where you can quickly find the item you are looking for.
To navigate backward from inside a folder hierarchy, you can use the breadcrumbs to return you to your desired folder. You can always click Home to return to the ProjectWise Share home page.
You can search for items by name or by type in ProjectWise Share, by entering a search string in the Search field and then selecting the Search icon or pressing Enter. The results of your search display below the Search field.
To search the entire ProjectWise Share, first ensure that you are viewing the ProjectWise Share Home page. If you are viewing the Home page, the word "Home" will not be a link and it will display in black. If you are not viewing the Home page, you will be able to click the Home link, which will display in blue. Clicking the Home link opens the Home page. When you enter a search string on the ProjectWise Share home page, the entire ProjectWise Share is searched for the items that match your search string.
You can also search for items within an individual folder only, by navigating to that folder and then entering a search string in the Search field. The Search results that display are limited to the items within the individual folder.
From the Search results, you can open an item by selecting its name, or you can select an item's checkbox to perform any of the file/folder options, You can exit the Search results and navigate back to the ProjectWise Share Home page by selecting Home.
