How to Bulk Import Team Members
1. Click the Manage Members link on the Team Members tile in the ProjectWise Portal
2. Click Management Members from the Settings menu
3. The Project Team Management page should open
4. Click the Import Users button
5. For a sample file click the Download Sample File hyperlink. The file should be in CSV format and contain the email address and role of the user being added. To give a user multiple roles they should be separated by a comma. Ex. Team Member, Contributor, Project Administrator.
6. Click Select File
7. Browse to the CSV then click Open
8. A check will be run on the CSV to make sure the format is correct for each required field. Once you receive the message that the check is complete click the Submit button.
9. You will receive an email notification once the upload is complete.
10. You will now see "Invitation Pending" for each user added. Once the user accepts the invitation and completes the profile their name will be listed
