Solution
The deployed license server may experience issues that require a webserver (IIS) reset.
Close the Deployed Server Administration page.
EneterIISRESET via Windows Start in the command window.
A window will pop up for a moment and it will close automatically
Thereafter, the IIS webserver is reset.
