Managing Applications
To Manage Applications, select the configuration “gear” icon and click Applications to open the Application Management Page.
Creating an Application
Click the Add Application button.
From the Add Application dialog, type in a name and version then click Add to complete the creation process or Cancel to cancel the process.
Editing an Application
Select an Application and click the Edit button.
From the Edit Application dialog, edit the existing name or version then click Save to complete the process Cancel to cancel the process.
Deleting an Application
Select an Application and click the Delete button.
From the Delete Application dialog, Click Confirm to complete the process or Cancel to cancel the process
Managing Catalogs
To Manage Catalogs, select the configuration “gear” icon and click Catalogs to open the Catalog Management Page.
Creating a Catalog
Click the Add Catalog button.
From the Add Catalog dialog, type in a name and click Add to complete the creation process or Cancel to cancel the process.
Editing a Catalog
Select a Catalog and click the Edit button.
From the Edit Catalog dialog, edit the existing name then click Save to complete the process Cancel to cancel the process.
Deleting a Catalog
Select a Catalog and click the Delete button.
From the Delete Catalog dialog, Click Confirm to complete the process or Cancel to cancel the process.
Managing Categories
To Manage Categories, select the configuration “gear” icon and click Category to open the Category Management Page.
Creating a Category
Click the Add Category button.
From the Add Category dialog, type in a name and click Add to complete the creation process or Cancel to cancel the process.
Editing a Category
Select a Category and click the Edit button.
From the Edit Category dialog, edit the existing name then click Save to complete the process Cancel to cancel the process.
Deleting a Category
Select a Category and click the Delete button.
From the Delete Category dialog, Click Confirm to complete the process or Cancel to cancel the process.
Managing Manufacturers
To Manage Manufacturers, select the configuration “gear” icon and click Manufacturers to open the Manufacturers Management Page.
Creating a Manufacturer
Click the Add Manufacturer button.
From the Add Manufacturer dialog, type in a name, phone number, address and website and click Add to complete the creation process or Cancel to cancel the process.
Editing a Manufacturer
Click the Edit Manufacturer button.
From the Edit Manufacturer dialog, type in a new name, phone number, address or website and click Save to complete the process or Cancel to cancel the process.
Deleting a Manufacturer
Select a Manufacturer and click the Delete button.
From the Delete Manufacturer dialog, Click Confirm to complete the process or Cancel to cancel the process.
Navigating
To get back to Library Management from any of the management pages, click on the Components Center breadcrumb.
