    Evaluation Entitlement Configuration

    For those users who may need an Evaluation Entitlement for a Subscription Entitlement Service application, please use the following process:

    • Contact your Account Manager.  Your AM has the ability to generate the Entitlement for the products you need.

     Once this has been completed, the Organizations Administrator or Co-Administrator should complete the process using the following steps:

    1. Navigate to https://connect.bentley.com/
    2. Choose your organization name at the top to go to the Subscription Services Portal: https://subscriptionservices.bentley.com/
    3. In the left navigation menu, choose "Evaluations" (under "Settings")

    Note that Evaluations are Country Specific, choose the correct country from the dropdown -

    1. On the evaluation you want to assign, choose Manage Access
    2. Click on the Add User button to search for users to add
    3. With users chosen, click the Add User(s) button
