    CONNECTION Client Interoperability Error

    Problem Description

    When signing in to the CONNECTION Client the following error occurs:

    Steps to Resolve

    The issue is typically due to using the CONNECTION Client on a shared environment/server where multiple users are remoting in or logging on simultaneously using Remote desktop or Citrix. To resolve you have to enable UAC (User Account Control) to any setting except for never notify. Also, no user can run the CONNECTION Client in elevated mode (Run as administrator). If that happens no other user can access the resource even with UAC enabled.
