Evaluation Entitlements allow your users to evaluate, a.k.a. test drive, Bentley applications before purchasing. To obtain an Evaluation License, you must first contact your Account Manager. He or she will generate the Evaluation entitlements for these specific parameters
After your Account Manager has created the Evaluation License, Administrators and Co-Administrators are able to create Evaluation Entitlements for any IMS user in your organization. To create an Evaluation Entitlement, navigate to the Evaluations page in the left navigation menu of Entitlement Management.
All Evaluations your Account Manager has set up will be listed.
Click on Manage Access to assign IMS users an Evaluation Entitlement for that application.
Click on the red X in the Remove column to remove the user from the Evaluation.
Click on Add User(s) to open a dialog box that will allow you to search for and add multiple IMS users in your organization.
It is extremely important that these users are logged into Connection Client when they access these applications. Evaluation usage can only be flagged as Evaluation if the users are signed in.
