What is the purpose of this information?
When an Organization signs a contract with Bentley, a Fulfillment document is sent that provides:
A Fulfillment document is sent any time there is a purchase of Bentley software, regardless if you are new to Bentley or an existing user who is adding product to your account.
It is sent to the Fulfillment contact, which is the primary account contact who is responsible for purchasing at your Organization. The Fulfillment contact is assigned during the contract process and every Organization has at least one assigned. Larger Organizations may have multiple Fulfillment contacts. Additionally, an Organization can manage these contacts themselves through a process using User Management. Prior to August 2020, a Service Request had to be submitted to Bentley to add/remove Fulfillment contacts.
