The following message appears when the CONNECTION Client is started:
Issue with usage reporting detected. Please run the Health Check tool or click here to learn more
There are several ways to resolve the error message:
1. Sign in to the CONNECTION Client then from the Settings menu open the Health Check tool > Run Check button.2. Open the Health Check tool from the Windows Start menu under CONNECTION Client folder > Health Check (or Bentley Health Check Tool) > Run Check button.3. Open the Bentley Licensing Tool either from the start menu > CONNECTION Client folder > Bentley Licensing Tool, or just type Bentley Licensing Tool in the Windows search > select to refresh Entitlements.
If none of the above resolve the message please gather your logs and file a service request for support to assist.
