Currently there is no built-in feature in the user profile to delete the Bentley account and all related/personal data from our servers.
Note: If you just want your user profile to be removed from the account, contact your Account Admin/Co-Admin to remove it in the User Management. Navigate here to read how to find your Account Admin.
Contact us or log a Service Request on the Service Request Manager for assistance.
Depending on the account configuration, e.g. if the user profile is affiliated with a Bentley account (ultimate) or not, the steps to resolve may differ. Currently, in either case, this needs to be resolved by the the support team.
