    Problem

When searching for a ProjectWise Project by name or number you get "Sorry, no results found".

    Solution

There are several reasons that you may not be able to find a project.

    1. You have the incorrect project name or number. Try using the wildcard *
    2. You're not a team member of the project. Projects are only accessible to administrators and those that are team members of the project. If you have not been invited you'll need to contact the administrator to request an invitation.
    3. The project status has been set to Inactive by an administrator in the Project Properties. Setting the status to inactive hides the project from view when searching. The project is still accessible by the URL.
