When attempting to access the Software Downloads page, the following error message appears.
Access Denied: Missing User Role You do not have access to Software Downloads. Please contact your Administrator to request Download role. You will be redirected to Bentley Store where you can download free Applications, Apps and iWare applicable to your licenses and subscriptions. If you are not redirected automatically, click here.
You either do not have the Download role, which is required to access Software Downloads, the web browser doesn't recognize your privileges, or a problem with your account is preventing detection of your entitlements
If you do not own the Download role, ask your account administrator to either request that role, or to provide you with an installation package you need. If you're not sure who is your account admin, see this article to find out. Roles can be assigned in User Management, and more details and steps can be found in the following article: Managing Roles
If you do own the Download role, attempt any or all of the following steps to refresh your credentials in the browser:
If the error persists or you are unsure if you have the Product Delivery - Download role, please contact Bentley support by either calling us (choosing Option 2 followed by 1 for licensing support) or filing a service request and choosing "Login and Website Assistance" for the category.
