Problem
The Deployed administration page shows the following message:
Historical Data Pending Processing:
New usage algorithms have been introduced in this version and historical usage must be recalculated. Usage data from the following reports will be affected: Summary Report, Over Usage Report, Daily Peak Usage Report, Daily App Usage and ELS Reports. SELECTserver is configured to process this recalculation incrementally during off hours and usage information will be available as historical processing is completed. The amount of usage data that will be processed each night is user configurable. Usage data between 1/12/2019 and 2/31/2021 remains to be processed. (MSG_HIST_PEAK)

the date given here is only an example!
Solution
Start the following Command Prompt to eliminate the message
sscmd -c rnp -s 1/12/2019 -e 2/31/2021
Attention:
the date specified here must be adjusted to the exact date of your message!
If this is unsuccessful, try a data integrity check to exclude corrupted usage data:
sscmd -c datachk -s 1/12/2019 -e 2/31/2021
Here, too, the date of the current message must be adjusted.
If this also fails, it may be advisable to set up a new database after consulting the support
