We are pleased to announce that we have updated our dashboard, which enables users to check the status of our Cloud Services.

Background: This site is accessible at any time from any location. If there is an issue with a Service, the icon will change and a message will appear in the space to the right of the icon. Additional updates will be posted as new information is available.
When to use the dashboard: If you think that one of the Services listed is not functioning properly, please check the dashboard prior to posting a question or logging a Service Request.
What's new? We have added the ability for users to be notified of any status change of a Service you are following. Previously, you needed to go to the site for updates, but now updates can be sent directly to you. This is an optional notification, users may still go to the Status Dashboard themselves.
Step 1: Navigate to the Status Dashboard and click on 'Click here to setup and manage alerts'
Step 2: Enter your email address and select 'Submit'
Please note the text in this dialog box. If you wish to change your settings, enter the same email to bring you back to the page to make your selections. You may enter as many emails addresses as you want, but you can only enter them one at a time.
Step 3: Select the Services you wish to receive a notification about.
