Eastern Europe Continuity Plan


We are monitoring the events unfolding in Eastern Europe with concern. While the situation is very fluid, we would like to reassure you that our focus is on maintaining connectivity for our users everywhere. 

We believe that our services are not at risk as we replicate in 3 locations globally, US, Singapore, and West Europe. 

There are options available for you to prepare for the potential interruption of your connection to our services: 

  1. Our licenses will run for 7 days in offline mode. If you are reconnecting to the internet within the 7 days your licenses will renew, and you will continue with no interruption. By default, every Bentley application may be used in Offline mode. If you disabled the offline mode you won’t have continued access. If you would like to make changes to your settings you can learn more about offline usage in our Bentley community. 
  1. If you are concerned about a longer outage of your connectivity, then we offer to proactively checkout licenses which will provide you with the option to work offline for an extended period. Please refer to the instructions on how to checkout licenses in our Bentley Communities.
