    Overview

    Renewal of Hosted (Bentley) SELECTserver Licenses

    When licensing is on the Hosted (Bentley) SELECTserver, your licensing will update automatically. To verify that the licensing has updated, you can access the Hosted SELECTserver administration page. The URL to access that page is http://selectserver.bentley.com/bss/admin/default.aspx.

    Please note: You must be configured as the Site Administrator to access the Hosted (Bentley) SELECTserver administration page. If you are not, you will receive an error.

    Once at the Hosted (Bentley) SELECTserver administration page, you will want to go to 'View License File'.

    If you notice any discrepancy in license counts or products listed, please contact Bentley Technical Support.

    Renewal of Locally Deployed  SELECTserver Licenses

    When there is a change or update to your SELECTserver License, default settings on the SELECTserver accept these changes automatically once a day.  If you would like to accept changes sooner, you can force the SELECTserver to check for an update at anytime.  For instructions, please see Deployed SELECTserver Manual License Update. 

    Once the update is complete, you will want to go to 'View License File" to confirm the update was successful.
