When attempting to sign in, the following error message appears:
We didn't recognize the email address or password you entered. Please try again.
Ensure you are signing in with a correct email address, which was already registered, and with your password. If signing in is still unsuccessful, attempt to perform the following steps as a troubleshooting measure:
If the error persists, please contact Bentley support by either calling us (choosing Option 2 followed by 1 for licensing support) or filing a service request and choosing "Login and Website Assistance" for the category (since you will not be able to log a service request, please ask your account administrator or a colleague for assistance).
Too many unsuccessful sign in attempts may lock the user account for security reasons. For more information, see: Unlocking a User Account
