When attempting to log a Service Request (SR) in the Service Request Manager, the following error message appears:
Re-login required (session ID lost): Error NBN 431
Back end system was unable to recognize your user ID.
Attempt any or all of the following steps to refresh your credentials in the browser:
If the error persists, please contact Bentley support by either calling us (choosing Option 2 followed by 1 for licensing support) or filing a service request and choosing "Login and Website Assistance" for the category.
