    Infrastructure IoT Consumption Report

    Purpose

    This report allows you to see consumption of Infrastructure IoT tokens. You can learn more about Infrastructure IoT program here.

     Roles

    Users with at least one of the following roles are able to access the report: 

    • Admins
    • Co-Admins
    • Custom Enterprise Role

    Access

    1. Go to the Subscription Analytics
    2. Click on the Infrastructure IoT Consumption tile or side menu option

    Filters

    Name Description
    Project Name

    A list of your projects in your organization; applied to all tables

    Country Entitlement Country

    Data export

    Data from each table can be exported using a button at the top right of the table. 

    Layout - Monthly Summary table

    Monthly Summary table lists all projects with their montly token usage and share percentage of tokens used by a project that month.

    Name Description
    Project Name Name of all projects that were used
    Usage Month A year and a month when usage happened

    Project Monthly Tokens Number of tokens consumed by a project that month
    % of Tokens Used for the Project Percentage of all tokens consumed that month allocated to the project

     

     Layout - Band Allocation table

     Price banding provides cumulative discounts on the IoT Token list price as your project increases in size. This table lists all projects and how many tokens were used in different bands each month.

    Name Description
    Project Name Name of the project that were used
    Country Entitlement Country
    Product ID Product ID
    Application Bentley Application that used tokens
    Usage Month A year and a month when usage happened
    Band Number Price banding provides cumulative discounts on the IoT Token list price as your project increases in size. Band number shows IoT tokens tier.
    Tokens Allocated to Band A number of tokens allocated to a certain Band
    Layout - Details table
     
    This table shows details on the actual usage of IIoT tokens, including which project was used and by which machine.
    Name Description
    Project Name Name of the project that were used
    Country Entitlement Country
    Application Bentley Application that used tokens
    Usage Date A year, month and a day when usage happened
    Machine Machine name
    Usage Type Active or Archived
    Feature Description Name of the feature that utilized tokens
    Feature Quantity Amount of used tokens
    Token Type Token (feature uses fixed amount of tokens) or Percentage (feature uses a percentage of subscription)
    Token Per Unit Amount of tokens required to use one feature
    Initial Tokens The total amount of token usage for this sensor type on the project
    Tokens per Project Day The Total amount of Tokens used by all sensors in the Project
    Tokens Utilized The total amount of tokens used by each line item
