Products using the Subscription Entitlement Service fail to open. The Bentley Licensing Tool does not display an email address in the upper left even though CONNECTION Client is signed in. Additionally, the Service Running and CC Signed In tests in the Health Check tool are failing.
The product drop-down in the learning tab, does not display all Bentley Products installed on a machine. It only displays the products which were known to the old Connect Advisor Application. Also, it should be noted that the products in the list are recognized by installer upgrade code. So, if a product that was previously recognized, now is not, it Is most likely that is it is due to a change in the upgrade code.
NOTE; In order to get the list updated, we are only taking products that existed in the drop-down before. We are not currently adding new products to this list.
