Bentley Managed Services does backups on all systems and user data. All backups are maintained for a minimum of 30 days. User files are backed up daily along with shadow copy. Databases are fully backed up daily with hourly transaction log backups. All backups are replicated to a secondary Microsoft Azure Region in the same country but separated by large geographical distance. In addition all systems, where possible, are either in a Active/Active cluster or SQL Mirroring to eliminate single points of failure. This systems are in Azure Availability Sets keeping each system from sharing the same resources within the region. All backups are encrypted and verified for errors. Restores can be done at the system, entire database, or file level as needed.
