Unable to sign in to the CONNECTION Client - it shows a Blank screen

The CONNECTION Client is looking for an older token that is no longer valid.  The token expires in 7 days from the last sign-in so some users will not experience this issue.  If they do, complete the following:

1) Exit out of the CONNECTION Client (right click on the icon located in the system tray and select Exit)

2) Open a command prompt and type in this command:

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\Bentley.Connect.Client.exe" - noautosso

This is not an issue that should re-occur.

Thank you,

Glenn

  • I have seen this issue today on at least 3 machines.  Seems like something else is going on here.  Deleting the .db files under %userprofile%\appdata\local\Bentley\ will fix it also.  I haven't tried this fix yet
