I'm having problems running software updates which show in Connection Client.
I have run an update of connection client itself manually (downloaded from Bentley), so this version should be updated.
But software updates are not going through.
Does your IMS account have download? If so do you have enough space to download and install? Try downloading the top one from Software Center and try installing manually. There could be an error with the STAAD install itself and the CONNECTION Client is unable to display the entire message.

Manual download and installation was possible without any problems.
How about your Windows profile name, does it have a space in it or special character?
Please zip the entire Logs folder from %localappdata%\Bentley\Logs (C:\Users\WindowsUserName\AppData\Local\Bentley\Logs) and reply back with it attached.
Didn't manage to do the upload, probably because of file size.
