May I please have a contact email where I can send my information as well? To the best of my knowledge I have signed up to all the relevant support, connect, adviser etc. I still can't open Bentley Viewer without receiving a notice to send logs so I can use all the Bentley Viewer features. I can't use various support pages to try and alleviate the issue because I'm not an administrator. Which I am...or should be.
Kindly, you can go to the support person account and it will automatically pop up the profile and then click the send a private message.
