I have ProjectWise Share Linked to my desktop. When I update files saved in the ProjectWise Share Folder they are not being updated when I go to view them via a web browser, even though I am being told the sync is complete. If I add new files to the folder they are being uploaded to the cloud when I sync. The syncing issue appears to only happen when I edit files already on the cloud.
This is a major issue as there are numerous users linked to this shared folder, with files being updated daily.
Find attached a word doc with screenshots illustrating my issue. Bentley Client Connection - ProjectWise Share.docx
What version of the CONNECTION Client do you have installed? In the CONNECTION Client > Preferences > Share what do you have the Sync Frequency set to?
What happens if you click sync now, does it sync? Please zip the entire logs folder from %localappdata%\Bentley\Logs and upload here, or use Communities Secure File Upload instructions to upload the zip file.

I have version 10.00.10.19 installed. While there is a green tick saying this is the latest version, I don't think it is. See image below.
I have contacted my companies IT on whether there is a new version of this software available for me to download.
I have the Share Frequency set to 5 minutes. If I hit sync now the same issue occurs, only new files are appearing when I go via the browser. Files already on the cloud which I have updated/edited on my desktop are not being synced.
I have uploaded the logs folder via the Communities Secure File Upload.
Thanks for your assistance,
Please upgrade your CONNECTION Client to the latest version. You can download it from the Store. Once upgrade try again.
I've just managed to get IT to install the latest version of connection client. For the past 2 weeks I've turned off the desktop sync, and have been manually uploading files to ProjectWise Share via the browser. If I go to hit sync now with the latest version will I lose any files which I've uploaded to ProjectWise Share?
Are the folders you were syncing still configured to sync?
