I created a user in my admin portal. When she went to register, the Profession field had a dropdown that was empty, and the field could not be typed in, so she could not complete registration. I thought maybe it was because I had created her user account already and had her just try a Forgot Password, but that returned an error that the user doesn't exist.
What is the users email address (you can send it via private message)?

Thanks for getting back to me. I ended up deleting her out of the Admin Portal and just having her register through the Connection Client. But I have always had trouble when I created a user on the Admin Portal. Someone at Bentley needs to take a look at that.
