Hi,
This has been going on for awhile at my company. Client connection has updates, but when I click on it to download and install, it says "installation cancelled"
I am not an administrator for the computer so a pop up comes up to log in, and I log in using an administrator's login, but it still fails. I also checked my BentleyDownloads folder, but it did not download.

Trying running the CONNECTION Client as administrator (right-click on the CONNECTION Client icon > Run as administrator) then try the updates.

Tamicca, Experiencing the same behaviour as Jen & Mario has outlined. From an Enterprise point of view, I would have thought that the ability to update the CC could have ultimately been managed from the Software Administration portal. The ability to install the downloaded package is a function of the permissions of the user.
